The Backup Data Files window is used to create a backup of the TimeLog data files.  Type in the full destination path or press the Ellipsis (...) button to browse to the path and select it.

 

This option copies complete and non-compressed files.  It will automatically copy over any older data files that are located in the destination folder.  If multiple backups are required, use separate backup destination folders.  For example, if you want to backup the data files at the end of every day, create a new destination folder each day and select it as the the destination folder.

 

**  It is strongly suggested to keep backups on a different hard drive from where the production database is located.
