The Browse Users window allows for the creation or changing of one user. TimeLog is designed to be used by only one user per computer.  The time information is only stored in one time log, therefore, only one user can be created on this window.

 

If no user exists, pressing the New button will open the User form.  Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Nickname, and then press the Save button.  The nickname will be used to sign into the program.  The starting password will also be the nickname.  It should be changed using the Change Password window.

 

If no password is required or wanted, simply don't create a user.  This way, the program will start directly to the main Time Entry window without requiring a user sign on.  If a password is needed, then create a user as described above and a user sign on will be required each time the program is started.
