The Restore Data window is used to restore the data files from a folder that was previously used as the destination folder using the Backup Data Files window.  Type in the full Source Path or press the Ellipsis (...) button and browse to and select the correct folder.  Press the Restore button and the files will be copied from the Source folder to the Data folder.  The Data folder path can be viewed using the Options window.
