Our software has been designed to work with Windows ® 7, Windows Vista ™, Windows ® XP, Windows ® 2000, Windows ® NT4, and Windows ® 98.

How to purchase and install our products?

Online, using a credit card

We recommend purchasing our products with your credit card using our secure online store. This is the fastest and most secure way to proceed. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with your License Activation Code. Once the product is registered, you will be ready to start to work immediately.

Follow the procedure as described below:

  1. Enter the online store by clicking on the Buy Now button. Enter the quantity needed. The price will be adjusted for volume orders. See Volume Pricing...
  2. Enter the required information. Pay extra attention to correctly type your email address as we won't be able to contact you without it. Choose the payment method and press the Next button. Complete your order by specifying your credit card information or using alternate payment methods and then confirm the order.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with a License Activation Key.
  4. Launch the program and activate it using the key included in your confirmation email.
  5. Register the product by selecting Help > Register Product from the program Toolbar. Enter the information exactly as shown on the email. After registration, select Help > About TimeLog to verify that the program is properly registered.  It should show your registered name at the bottom of the window.

Will I receive a boxed software?

No. We deliver our products as download (a.k.a. ESD) only. Learn more.

Which credit cards are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover...

Is PayPal® accepted?

Yes, this is an option that you can choose during the order process.

Other ways to purchase

By Check or Money Order

Select this option during the order process instead of Pay by Credit Card, and you will be given instructions to print out the invoice and mail it with your payment.  Alternatively, you can fill out this order form (PDF form) and mail it along with your check or money order to Attica Solutions, Inc.  See Contact Us page for our mailing address.
